| Sure, Jinx, I have artistic slumps lots of times. Usually I get out of them because I have no choice - I'm being paid to do something and I have to do it. For the work that isn't on a schedule, like these pinups, I just keep working until I get something I like. You've never seen all the stuff I throw away, remember! Don't despair, we all have them. Self-doubt is part of being decently concerned with doing your best work. Take some time off if you can - even a few hours away from the board can help clear the mind. And get out of the house, see some real life, and something may inspire you. I sometimes get my best ideas walking the dog. Fear not - this too shall pass. | ||
